Following completion we are also happy to be available to coordinate and oversee the following on your behalf:

• The move, including liaising with your removal company, arranging the storage or sale of furniture and possessions, the sourcing of domestic staff eg: nannies & house keepers, the transfer of utilities, dealing with phone connection, notifying the Local Authority and even letting your friends know you've moved!
• Advice in relation to structural problems and planning issues relating to alterations eg an extension and/or loft/basement conversion works.
• Project management of refurbishment works, interior design and landscaping works.
• An assessment of your property's existing security provision and the upgrade of security provision.
• For investment properties, securing tenants, vetting them and negotiating the terms of the Tenancy Agreement and thereafter, if necessary, ongoing property management.

It is often more cost effective for the client for some of these services to be contracted to other service providers on our Preferred Service Providers List* and these would be under separate agreement and attract an additional fee. Following over 10 years experience of refurbishing residential property ourselves, we have built a list of reliable, accredited contractors who are members of recognised bodies and who have excellent references. These service providers can be trusted to do what they say they will do and so far as reasonably possible, on budget and on time. We only put companies on the list that, like Mint Leaf, show evidence of being committed to adhering to a high standard of service and after service care. We are happy to share this list with our clients should they require it for works to their new property.
