Sales Lettings Management Tenants
We provide an independent Sales, Lettings and Management service which covers Central London, South West London and parts of Surrey. We have been involved in Property in London, and have lived in South West London ourselves, for almost 15 years.
Our approach is very different to that of the average high street estate agent. We offer low fees combined with a personal, bespoke service that sellers, landlords and tenants can trust. Our fees are amongst the lowest in the business.
This, coupled with our highly responsive approach and unrivalled market knowledge, results in us being an option you really should take a closer look at.
We are Regulated
We are a member of, and regulated by, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). As such, we adhere to their strict Rules of Conduct in all our business dealings, so you can be assured of an excellent standard of service.
RICS is the leading organisation of its kind in the world for property professionals. RICS membership is only awarded to individuals who meet and continue to maintain the most rigorous of standards to the public advantage.
Mint Leaf Property endeavours to act in accordance with the RICS Blue Book - Residential Estate Agency Standards at all times. We are also a member of the
Surveyors Ombudsman Service (SOS) and are registered with the
Deposit Protection Service (The DPS).
Due to our status as a member of a regulatory body, the RICS, we are not a member of
The Property Ombudsman (TPO), the
National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) or the
Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). However, we fully endorse their philosophies and fully adhere to their Codes of Conduct.

Highly Competitive Fees
Our fees are extremely competitive when compared to those of a typical high street sales and letting agent. We can afford to offer lower fees as we don't have the costly overheads involved in maintaining a high street presence and the majority of our marketing and advertising is conducted online.
We believe online advertising is the most cost-effective and measurable way of increasing the marketing impact of your property.
We aim to achieve cost savings wherever possible, always passing these savings onto our clients, enabling us to offer lower fees.
No Hidden Costs
We adopt a transparent and open approach to fees. Our Terms and Conditions are unambiguous and written in plain English. We don't charge extra fees for things like preparing tenancy agreements, conducting property visits or for providing additional copy rent statements.
We believe these things should form part of the service. Where we do charge fees, we will make these very clear at the outset.
