We take away the time consuming and stressful aspects of finding a property and manage the whole process for you from search and offer stage, to exchange and completion.

We are there every step of the way to offer our knowledge and assistance and our aim is for you to spend the minimum amount of your valuable leisure time viewing properties that would otherwise probably not be exactly what you are looking for. Our service can be bespoke so, if required, we are able to provide a 'search only' service, as well as just overseeing the conveyancing from post offer to completion.

We carry out searches of a range of residential properties; anything from a one bed apartment to a large country estate, either requiring work or being completely ready to move into. We operate across London, the Home Counties (Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Essex and Kent) and a host of overseas locations.
