Our private equity funds and hedge funds offer:

• Acquisition finance: up to 100% of total acquisition costs.
• Project finance: up to 100% of construction and other costs.
• Loan size: from USD 5 million to USD 1 billion.
• Loan term: from 12 months to 10 years.
• Equity participation: our funders will normally seek an equity position in the transaction if they fund 100% of all costs.
• Liquid funds of 1.5%-5% of the loan amount are required from the borrower, but this can be added to the loan on drawdown.

Benefits to the borrower:

• No personal guarantee is required from the borrower.
• We facilitate the entire submission package to the funder.
• Most projects are suitable, although a preference is for large construction projects (with a loan amount in excess of USD 200 million).
• Projects must show a minimum level of profit and the borrower must have a proven track record in property development.
• Drawdown in 30-60 days from initial qualification and approval.
• Funding available for projects worldwide.
